Processing for CPA Site

Veridian created a new file/folder naming convention, so future submissions of PDF files and folders will have to follow the new convention. Veridian eliminated the complex series of folders. There just needs to be one folder per serial title. The folder should be named using the serial title. The PDF files should be named accordingly:
 
        - YYYY-MM-DD_[EDITION].pdf or YYYY-MM_[EDITION].pdf or YYYY_[EDITION].pdf
            ** The "date" field can be either year-month-date, year-month or just year.
            ** The underscore "_" is used as a delimiter to separate between "date" and "edition" so it is very important to have exactly one underscore in the file name.
            ** The "edition" field will default to 01, but in some cases it is used to store the season and extra information, for example 1990_Extra, or 1997-03_SPRING
            ** The "edition" field can contain 0-9, a-z, A-Z and also dash "-". No other characters or symbols are allowed, especially space and underscore.
        - Please note that the season code (i.e., 01, 02, 03, 04) from the old file naming scheme has been translated into month (e.g., 03, 06, 09, 12) with a season string in the "edition" field. For example, AGH/2005/2005_01.pdf  is now AGH/2005-03_SPRING.pdf
